We've had a passion for real estate for over 20 years. The satisfaction we receive from transforming the “before” to the “after” has kept us in the business through booming and slow markets. As a home remodeler, we frequently couldn’t understand why people didn’t see the charm of our vacant homes. It was immaculate, updated and perfect in our eyes! By staging these homes, they became warm and inviting and easier to sell. Because of our quality work and attention to detail, realtors approached us and asked if we would provide our services to their clients. Thus, Creative Concepts and Contracting was born.
